Heiwa Real Estate Co., Ltd. implemented treasury stock acquisition based on the Board of Directors resolution dated January 30, 2026, targeting up to 500,000 shares of common stock (upper limit) and a total acquisition price of up to 1,000,000,000 yen. Through market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange during the period from March 1 to March 19, 2026, 184,700 shares were acquired at a total price of 455,349,894 yen. With this, all acquisitions of treasury stock as per the Board resolution have been completed.

Cumulative Acquisition Status and Impact on Shareholders

As of March 19, 2026, a cumulative total of 406,300 shares of treasury stock have been acquired at a total acquisition price of 999,833,381 yen. The number of shares acquired corresponds to 0.75% of the total number of issued shares excluding treasury stock, which is expected to contribute to maintaining shareholder composition and suppressing dilution. Future capital policy remains uncertain; however, the completion of this acquisition is anticipated to improve capital efficiency.
