Overview of Treasury Stock Acquisition

Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. conducts acquisitions of its ordinary shares in accordance with the provisions of Article 165, Paragraph 3 of the Companies Act and the provisions of its Articles of Incorporation. The latest acquisition period was from October 1, 2026 to October 31, 2026; the number of shares acquired was 2,622,700 shares and the total acquisition amount was 9,545,132,800 yen. The acquisition was made via market purchases, and at the board of directors meeting on May 13, 2026 an upper limit of 20,000,000 shares (representing 1.65% of total outstanding shares) and 50,000,000,000 yen was established. To date, cumulative acquisitions total 12,455,800 shares and the cumulative acquisition amount is 48,180,248,700 yen.
