Overview of Medium-Term Plan 2028

NEC Capital Solutions has formulated the Medium-Term Plan 2028, targeting the three fiscal years from 2026 to 2028, towards realizing its Group Vision 2030. Aiming for sustainable growth and enhancement of corporate value, it sets six fundamental policies: expanding the revenue base, creating synergies with Group and partners, developing circular services, building brand value, investing in human capital, and promoting DX strategy. The business segments have been reviewed based on business axes, clarifying growth strategies for the Public & ICT Infrastructure Business, Corporate Finance Business, Real Estate & Energy Business, Global Business, and Investment Business, while also advancing collaboration with SBI Shinsei Bank Group and NEC Group.

Strengthening Management Foundation and Financial/Non-Financial Targets

In strengthening the management foundation, the plan promotes DX through standardization and efficiency of business processes, automation using AI and RPA, and enhancement of core systems. Efforts are also made on advanced human resource management, investment in development, cultural transformation, and brand reconstruction. Financially, it aims for an ROE of 10% or higher by fiscal year 2030, enhancing the revenue base and capital efficiency. Non-financial targets are also set to deepen sustainability management linked to key themes such as human capital, governance, human rights, climate change measures, and natural capital. Shareholder return is based on stable dividends, aiming for profit distribution aligned with sustainable growth while referring to payout ratio and DOE.
