For the fiscal year ending March 2026, consolidated financial performance reached a record high, with ordinary income of ¥90.159 billion (up 12.4% YoY), operating income of ¥19.831 billion (up 42.1% YoY), and net income attributable to owners of the parent of ¥14.094 billion (up 44.0% YoY). The increase in ordinary income was driven by higher interest from loans and securities dividends, as well as gains from the sale of stocks, exceeding the rise in ordinary expenses. Financial Position and Dividend Situation

The consolidated financial position as of March 2026 shows total assets of ¥4.0763 trillion, a slight increase from the previous year, and net assets of ¥222.335 billion. The equity ratio increased to 5.4%. The number of issued shares remains unchanged at 85,667,000, but treasury stock has increased. Regarding dividends, a final dividend of ¥110 per share is proposed at the annual general meeting scheduled for June 25, 2026, with the total annual dividend planned at ¥200 (compared to ¥110 in 2025), reflecting an increase.
