An executive officer of the Company is suspected of having received separate remuneration from group subsidiaries in addition to the amounts determined by the Nomination and Remuneration Advisory Committee. To promptly and accurately ascertain the facts, an investigation was conducted with the support of an independent external law firm. As the scope of the investigation expanded, a Special Investigation Committee chaired by an outside director was established to confirm the presence or absence of similar incidents, calculate the impact amount, investigate causes, and propose recurrence prevention measures.

Postponement of Earnings Announcement and Future Actions

The earnings announcement for the fiscal year ending March 2026 will be postponed as the investigation by the Special Investigation Committee and the audit process require additional time, with the disclosure expected to exceed 50 days after the fiscal year-end.
