Transaction Co., Ltd. disposed of 206,300 shares of treasury stock as restricted stock compensation based on a resolution of the Board of Directors dated December 4, 2025, and completed payment procedures on May 1, 2026. The disposal price was 1,062 yen per share, with a total disposal amount of 219,090,600 yen. Due to partial forfeiture by some designated allottees, the number of shares and total amount decreased from the initially planned 223,300 shares and 237,144,600 yen. The shares were allocated to 21 employees at manager level or above of the company and subsidiaries with 18,400 shares, and 409 employees below manager level with 187,900 shares.
