Performance Overview

This financial summary reports results for the cumulative second quarter period of the fiscal year ending March 2027 (April 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026). Net sales were 5,275 million yen, a 21.0% decrease year-over-year. Operating loss was 365 million yen, ordinary loss was 341 million yen, and interim net loss was 430 million yen. By segment, restaurants and retail are the primary drivers, while cultural operations were impacted by business succession. Although investments in new openings and facilities continue, overall sales declined compared with the prior year due in part to the closure of Shiba Tofu-ya Ukai.
