Overview of Medium-Term Management Strategy

CCI Group Inc. has announced a policy to update its medium- to long-term management strategy annually, anticipating changes in social conditions and business environment over the next five to ten years. The newly released “Medium-Term Management Strategy 2026” sets targets for ordinary income of 32 billion yen, net income attributable to owners of parent of 21 billion yen, and ROE above 8.0% by the fiscal year ending March 2029. Notably, the achievement timing of ROE 8% has been advanced from the original fiscal year ending March 2030 to March 2028 to accelerate profitability improvements.

Key Update Points and Strategy

Major updates include revising asset allocation to optimize interest income businesses in response to changes in the interest rate environment. The company plans to review holdings of equities and foreign bonds and expand investments in private assets. Additionally, efforts to strengthen initiatives in new business domains such as digital systems, regional revitalization, and sports & entertainment will be intensified, along with advancing provision of the next-generation core banking system “BankWill” to other financial institutions. The company also announced a policy to evaluate likelihood in three stages for each business segment and reflect this in revenues and expenses.
