At today's Board of Directors meeting, the introduction of restricted stock units (RS) and performance stock units (PSU) for employees, etc., was decided. The targets include employees, directors of subsidiaries, and delegated executive officers. By applying the same framework used for executives to the entire group, we aim to enhance corporate value over the long term, share shareholder value, and secure and retain top talent. For RS, targeted employees, etc. will receive cash compensation rights as monetary rewards, and after payment into ordinary shares, restricted shares will be issued with transfer restrictions.
