Notice Regarding Partial Change of Reported Segments

This notice informs that the reporting segment classification will be changed from the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2027. As background, to reflect the business succession and change in business purpose accompanying the group reorganization, the talent introduction function including recruitment support will be transferred to the HR Solutions business, and the Media & Solutions business including recruitment support will be transferred to the company's subsidiary, aligning the segment classifications. The old segments consisted of HR Solutions (staffing and contracting) and HR Solutions (including recruitment and recruitment support) and Media & Solutions (including recruitment support); the new segments reorganize into HR Solutions (including recruitment and recruitment support) and Media & Solutions (including recruitment support). Going forward, disclosures will be in the new segment framework.
