In the executive personnel change effective June 1, 2026, major executive appointments are planned, including the change of President Toshihiro Mibuno and other key officers. The new director, Makoto Yorozu, will be promoted from Senior Managing Executive Officer to Executive Officer. Those expected to retire include Manabu Ozawa. The Chairperson of the Board of Directors will also be an outside director to reinforce governance and accelerate decision-making.
