Performance Overview

For the fiscal year ending March 2026, consolidated net sales amounted to 99,971 million yen, exceeding the previous forecast of 98,000 million yen by 2.0%. Operating income increased significantly by 41.6% to 11,615 million yen, ordinary income rose 39.4% to 11,986 million yen, and net income attributable to owners of the parent recorded a substantial increase of 45.8% to 11,661 million yen. Non-consolidated results were also favorable with net sales of 99,068 million yen (up 1.1% from the prior forecast), operating income of 11,410 million yen (up 42.6%), ordinary income of 11,970 million yen (up 40.8%), and net income of 14,005 million yen (up 37.3%).

Reasons for Differences and Future Initiatives

The increase in net sales was driven by steady performance across all business segments. On the profitability front, changes in product mix, quality improvements, cost reductions, and operational efficiencies contributed to margin expansion.
