TDSE Inc. completed the first half of the initial year of the new mid-term plan SHIFT2028 and has been restructuring its business organization in the generative AI agent domain. Revenue reached a record high of 1,628 million yen, operating income was 79 million yen, and operating margin improved to 4.9%. Progress against the full-year plan of 3,200 million yen was 50.9%, exceeding levels seen in the past three first halves. The revenue share from generative AI agents was 55%, and recurring (stock-type) revenue accounted for 24%, indicating steady progress on the three pillars of SHIFT.

Second-Half Focus and Path to Investment Recovery

In the second half, the company will continue developing and recruiting generative AI engineers to support order expansion, deepen customer relationships, and enhance project management. By expanding use of data platforms (such as Databricks) and strengthening partnerships, TDSE Inc. aims to further boost generative AI agent revenue and achieve the full-year plan while improving margins and capital efficiency.
