Ushio Inc. has been conducting treasury stock acquisitions in accordance with the resolution of the Board of Directors on August 5, 2025, based on the provisions of Article 165, Paragraph 3 and Article 156 of the Companies Act. During the period from March 1 to March 31, 2026, 623,800 shares of treasury stock totaling ¥1,810,882,150 were acquired through market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. The acquisition targets are the Company's common shares, with an upper limit of 15 million shares for acquisition volume and ¥20 billion for acquisition cost. The acquisition period is set from August 6, 2025, to April 30, 2026.

As of March 31, 2026, the cumulative number of shares acquired reached 8,219,400, with a cumulative acquisition cost of ¥18,520,557,700. This remains within the upper limit of approximately 17.04% of the total number of outstanding shares.
