Performance Overview

For the fiscal year ending March 2026, consolidated performance was net sales of 518,456 million yen (up 1.7% YoY), operating profit of 42,674 million yen (down 12.9% YoY), ordinary income of 50,853 million yen (down 8.3% YoY), and net income attributable to owners of parent of 32,813 million yen (up 2.4% YoY). While the global economy was affected by China's slowdown and Middle East geopolitical issues, the US economy continued a moderate expansion. Our group faced a tough business environment in China and Asia, tariffs and semiconductor shortages in the US, and costs related to quality issues, but benefited from increased revenue through the consolidation of subsidiaries.

Segment Performance and Outlook

Segment-wise, the Automotive Equipment Business reported net sales of 447,139 million yen (up 1.6% YoY), with an operating profit of 44,937 million yen (down 4.3% YoY). The Components Business had net sales of 39,323 million yen (up 6.1% YoY) and an operating profit of 2,884 million yen (up 15.6% YoY). The Electronic Applied Products Business recorded net sales of 112,570 million yen (down 3.2% YoY) and an operating profit of 9,302 million yen (up 5.6% YoY). The consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2027 projects net sales of 622,000 million yen (up 20.0% YoY), operating profit of 55,000 million yen (up 28.9% YoY), and net income attributable to owners of parent of 34,000 million yen (up 3.6% YoY).
