Notice Regarding Revision of Dividend Forecast

Details of Dividend Forecast Revision

Terabe Probe Corporation has revised the year-end dividend forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2025 from undecided to 110.00 yen per share and has determined the annual dividend forecast to be 110.00 yen total. This amount is the same as the dividend paid in the previous fiscal year and, based on the dividend policy, the dividend amount is set referencing approximately 30% of consolidated net income attributable to owners of parent.

Reason for Revision and Future Plans

Considering the performance volatility risks in the semiconductor market, the previously undecided dividend forecast was determined comprehensively by taking into account the earnings outlook for the fiscal year ending December 2025 and the capital expenditure plan for the fiscal year ending December 2026. The dividend of surplus will be executed in late March after the board of directors’ resolution scheduled for mid-February 2026.
