The company recorded net sales of 11,844 million yen and net income attributable to owners of parent of 2,888 million yen for the fiscal year ending March 2026, achieving a record high. ROE was 17.3%, surpassing the shareholder capital cost of 7–9%, and the price-to-book ratio (PBR) was 2.95 times. The 2026 fiscal year saw steady progress in sales and profits, driven by increased organic growth from contracted volume increases at the managed final disposal site. Although profit margins temporarily declined due to restrictions on cargo entry at the acquired Taihei Kousan, overall, the company maintained steady growth.

Future Direction and Shareholder Returns

The company will continue to promote efficient capital utilization and business growth, aiming for net sales of 10 billion yen and ordinary income of 5 billion yen by the fiscal year ending March 2027. As part of shareholder returns, dividends for the fiscal year ending March 2026 will be increased from 14 yen to 18 yen, with an expected 20 yen at the end of 2027. To improve long-term ROE and stabilize stock prices, the company will continue active IR activities and dialogue with shareholders, striving to enhance corporate value.
