Overview of Changes to Shareholder Benefit Program

Daikoku Denki Co., Ltd. has resolved to expand the shareholder benefit program and revise the benefit tiers. From the fiscal year ending March 2027, 'Digital Gift®' provided by Digital Plus Inc. will replace the traditional QUO cards as the benefit item, allowing shareholders to choose from multiple redemption options such as Amazon gift cards and PayPay Money Lite. Additionally, the benefit tiers have been revised to offer digital gifts valued from 1,000 yen for shareholders holding 100 shares to less than 300 shares, up to 6,000 yen for those holding 300 shares or more. A classification based on the length of continuous shareholding has also been introduced to encourage long-term holding.

Impact on Shareholders and Effective Timing

These changes will apply to shareholder benefits for shareholders recorded as of the end of September 2026. Eligible shareholders are those holding at least one trading unit (100 shares) as of the record date, with the method of receiving benefits being a web-based selection of preferred items. QUO cards will remain selectable for the time being, aiming to improve convenience for shareholders and promote medium- to long-term holding. Investors can expect diversification of benefit options and improved convenience, with no significant increase or decrease in the monetary value of benefits.
