Regarding the Additional Implementation of the Shareholder Benefit Program

Heiwa Corporation resolved at the Board of Directors meeting held on February 10, 2026, to additionally implement a new shareholder benefit for shareholders listed or recorded in the shareholder registry as of March 31, 2026. This applies to shareholders holding 2 trading units (200 shares) or more, aiming to promote understanding and differentiate the Group’s golf business through the "Cool Cart" initiative and to increase awareness and usage of the "PGM Hotel Resort Okinawa," scheduled to open on July 3, 2026.

Details and Usage Conditions of the Shareholder Benefits

The additional benefits consist of two "Cool Cart Free Tickets" and two "PGM Hotel Resort Okinawa Accommodation Discount Vouchers." The Cool Cart Free Tickets are valid from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, allowing one group of up to four persons per ticket to use the service free of charge. The accommodation vouchers provide a discount of 10,000 yen per voucher for check-ins within the same period. Reservations must be made through the official reservation sites or directly, and presentation of the voucher at the time of use is required.
