At the board meeting held on October 29, 2026, the Company withdrew and designated as TBD its consolidated full-year earnings guidance for the fiscal year ending March 2027. No figures equivalent to the previously disclosed values are provided; net sales, operating income, ordinary income, net income and EPS are all TBD. The reason is that, following the October 13, 2026 announcement regarding a cyberattack that may have resulted in personal data leakage and the related system failures, events such as suspension of order channels on the official website have continued and remain uncertain, making it difficult at this time to reasonably estimate the impact. The Company will continue to examine recovery status and order trends and will promptly disclose guidance again once it can reasonably estimate the impact and resume forecasts.
