It operates through Die Casting Business: Japan; Die Casting Business: North America; Die Casting Business: Asia; Aluminum Business; and Proprietary Products Business segments. The company offers engine blocks and transmission cases; aluminum die cast products for vehicle body and suspension components; die-casting dies; metal mold casting products; mold cooling components and other related products; aluminum alloy ingots; free access floor panels; raised flooring systems for clean room, computer room, and air conditioning applications under the MOVAFLOR name; and peripheral equipment for die cast machines. It also provides capacitor and boost convertor cases for electric vehicles and fuel cell vehicles. The company was formerly known as Fuso Light Alloys Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Ahresty Corporation in 1988. Ahresty Corporation was founded in 1938 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
