This notice explains the background for changing the main KPIs and defines the new KPIs and their calculation methods, starting from the September 2026 disclosure. The traditional account count and channel count are not always correlated with call volume or revenue from calls, and their impact tends to be limited, so the emphasis shifts to INNOVERA-focused stock-based revenue.

The new KPI definitions include MRR [INNOVERA], ARR [INNOVERA], YoY [INNOVERA], LTV [INNOVERA], number of customers, and churn. These combine monthly recurrent revenue with customer data to evaluate customer lifetime value and continuity. Note that the reduced importance of the line business does not mean its significance has diminished; the intention is to shift disclosure focus to the system's stock-based revenue.
