Overview of Performance

The intrinsic basis ordinary income for the fiscal year ending December 2025 reached 5.3 billion yen, an increase of 100 million yen from the previous year, maintaining a scale of around 5 billion yen since 2021. Conversely, accounting basis ordinary income declined by 2.2 billion yen to 2.7 billion yen due to negative inventory effects. Net sales amounted to 77.3 billion yen, down 1 billion yen compared to the previous term, and net income attributable to owners of the parent was 1.4 billion yen, a decrease of 1.7 billion yen. For 2026, ordinary income on both an intrinsic and accounting basis is projected at 6.0 billion yen.

Medium-Term Management Plan and Shareholder Returns

Under the medium-term management plan (2024-2027), profits outside the ferroalloy business are steadily expanding, with steady investment progressing in the new incineration ash melting furnace (No.5 melting furnace). For shareholder returns, the company implemented a 4.0 billion yen share buyback in 2025, with an annual dividend of 12 yen (including a 1 yen 100th anniversary commemorative dividend). The annual dividend for 2026 is expected to be 13 yen, raising the dividend floor to 11 yen.
