The full-year dividend forecast is 140 yen, which includes the 60 yen interim dividend and an 80 yen third-quarter dividend, with the year-end dividend composition set as a 60 yen ordinary dividend plus a 20 yen commemorative dividend reflecting the revision for the 60th anniversary. The equity ratio improved to 52.0%.
