Notice on Revision of Extraordinary Income from Sale of Marketable Securities and Full-Year Earnings Forecast and Dividend Forecast (Increased Dividend)

Revisions to results and dividends

In today's earnings-related materials, we revise our full-year and quarterly earnings forecasts for the year ending December 2026, along with an expected 4,300 million yen extraordinary income from the sale of marketable securities. Net sales are 21,884 million yen, operating income is 6,825 million yen, and ordinary income is 7,879 million yen, with no change from the previous forecast. However, net income attributable to owners of the parent is 8,601 million yen (up 3,099 million yen vs. the prior forecast), and earnings per share are revised to 119.30 yen.

Shareholder return and dividend policy

Based on the expected extraordinary income and the share split, we revise the dividend forecast for the year ending December 2026. The year-end dividend is set at 97.50 yen per share (equivalent to 390 yen prior to the share split), and the total annual dividend is expected to be around 173 yen with the policy of sustaining or increasing shareholder returns. We view enhanced shareholder returns as a management priority, aiming for a stable dividend and improved equity ratio.
