The company engages in the termite examination; termite Inspection and estimate process; pest control; underfloor and attic ventilation system; and foundation repair and renovation work. It also involved in the underfloor and ceiling insulation and heat shielding in the ceiling space; house reinforcement system; home renovation; seismic diagnosis and renovation activities; and drain pipe cleaning, residential fire alarm, crime prevention and monitoring security, house cleaning, and connected home services. In addition, the company provides equipment maintenance; water supply and drainage pipe; water tank cleaning and sterilization, water tank interior and exterior protective coating, direct water supply, water supply pumps, exterior wall construction, and roof top water proofing work; regular equipment review; inspection of water supply and drainage pipes; and arsenic removal systems. Further, it engages in the solar power generation and battery storage business. The company was formerly known as Sanix Incorporated and changed its name to Sanix Holdings Incorporated in March 2025.
