It offers Calogra tablets, for the treatment of ulcerative colitis; Tabneos capsules for the treatment of microscopic polyangiitis and granulomatous polyangiitis; Corsuba Intravenous Dialysis Syringe for the treatment of chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura; Beova tablets for the treatment of overactive bladder treatment; and Darbepoetin Alfa BS injection JCR for the treatment of renal anemia. Its products in pipeline include CG0070, which is in Phase III clinical trial to treat non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer; Linzagolix, that is in Phase III clinical trial for the treatment of uterine fibroids and endometriosis; KDT-3594, which is in Phase II clinical trial to treat Parkinson's disease; KSP-0914 that is in Phase I clinical trial to treat Graves' disease; KPS-0373, that is in Phase III clinical trial to treat Spinocerebellar degeneration; KSP- 0576 that is in Phase I clinical trial to treat interstitial cystitis and bladder pain syndrome; and KSP-0930, which is in Phase I clinical trial to treat Narcolepsy. Further, it engages in information equipment rentals; insurance agency business; manufactures and sells noodles; construction contracting; and computer system design and development, and cloud services. The company was formerly known as Kissei Yakuhin Kogyo Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Kissei Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in October 1964. The company was incorporated in 1946 and is based in Matsumoto, Japan.
