Overview of Executive Personnel Changes

At the Board of Directors meeting held on April 27, 2026, Stella Chemifa Corporation preliminarily decided on executive personnel changes effective June 1, 2026. All current directors including Representative Director and President Aki Hashimoto, Representative Director and Executive Vice President Kiyonori Saka, and Executive Managing Director Jun Takano are scheduled for reappointment. Several directors serving as Audit and Supervisory Committee members are also expected to be reappointed. Additionally, Shuichi Nakahara will be newly appointed as an Outside Director (Audit and Supervisory Committee member). The official decision will be made at the 83rd Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in June 2026 and the subsequent Board of Directors meeting.

Biography of New Director Candidate

Shuichi Nakahara, newly appointed, was born on June 27, 1961. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Tokyo and has a diverse background including roles at ENEOS Corporation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities Co., Ltd. He is scheduled to retire from Tokai Tokyo Intelligence Lab Co., Ltd. in June 2026 and is expected to bring valuable experience and expertise as an Outside Director.
