Notice on Addition of Exchange Destinations for Shareholder Benefits (digital gifts)

Overview of the change

We have added exchange destinations for the digital gifts offered as part of the shareholder benefit program. The change is limited to adding destinations; there are no other changes to eligibility, amounts, reference dates, shipping timing, or receiving methods. Added destinations include WAON POINT, nanaco Gift, and Apple Gift Card, with a 5% fee applied to PayPay Money Lite and nanaco Gift at the time of exchange.

Effective timing and eligibility

The program applies to shareholders listed in the shareholder registry as of the end of August 2026, holding 400 shares or more but less than 800 shares, and 800 shares or more; the beneficiary content is determined by the reference date. In certain categories from the end of February 2027 reference date, benefits for holdings under six months will be abolished.
