Overview of Organizational Changes

Fiscal year 2026 will maintain the six-division structure as in the previous year. In the newly formed Product Solutions Division (PS Division), the Sales Promotion Department and the Business Development Promotion Department will be placed as direct under the division to strengthen the creation and promotion of new in-house products. In the Planning & Management Division, some department names and roles will be revised, and an IR/Marketing Department will be established to enhance corporate recognition and brand value.

Key Points of Personnel Transfers

The names of directors and their new titles will be changed, effective July 1. The President & CEO/Executive Officer will oversee the CS Division, TS Division, NB Division, and Internal Audit Office, expanding the scope of responsibilities as an Executive Officer. Yuji Komatsu will serve as Head of Planning & Management Division and PS Division, overseeing PS Division and Planning & Management Division, and will assume the position of Sales Promotion Division Head. Akiko Shibao will continue to hold the role of Head of the Corporate Administration, including responsibility for the Accounting Department, while also maintaining the status of Senior Executive Officer.
