Overview of Asset Acquisition

Data Secion will acquire 587 GPU servers for approximately JPY 41,130 million on June 3, 2026, and introduce them into its AI data center in Thailand. The assets will be sourced from ASRock in Taiwan, with the purpose of strengthening AI infrastructure and expanding business. The acquisition contract will be concluded through its subsidiary and is scheduled to be delivered in installments between July and August 2026.

Future Outlook and Funding

This acquisition will enhance the company's capability to provide AI cloud services and GPU computing, contributing to the expansion of its AI infrastructure business. Funds will be allocated from advance payments, loans (scheduled at JPY 28,791 million), and payments from the exercise of new share subscription rights. The impact will be reflected in the financial results for the fiscal year ending May 2026, with expected contributions to the performance in the fiscal year ending March 2027.
