Notice on the Revision of the Executive Officer System and the Appointment of Executives and Corporate Officers

Overview of the System Revision

At today’s Board of Directors meeting, a partial revision of the executive officer system was resolved. The aim is to separate decision-making and supervision functions from the execution of business, enhance the effectiveness of corporate governance, and strengthen the ability to carry out operations in a timely and efficient manner. The revision establishes new ranks for executive officers and abolishes certain director positions. The implementation date is Friday, October 23, 2026.

Personnel and Future Structure

A list of candidate executives is enumerated, and many existing officers will be newly appointed or reappointed as executive officer candidates and executive officers with responsibilities. The reappointment and retirement of directors (excluding those who are Audit & Supervisory Board members) will also be announced, and the new structure will be formalized after the ordinary shareholders meeting. In the new structure, Tetsuo Iwamoto will be appointed as President and Representative Director/Executive Officer, Ryo Ma Iwamoto will continue and be appointed as Executive Vice President, and several other executive officers will be newly appointed or reappointed.
