Notice Regarding Changes in Representative Director and Directors (President Succession)

Overview of the Changes

The company, following the recommendation of the nomination committee chaired by an independent outside director, resolved the changes to the representative director and directors at the board meeting held on November 4, 2026. Through this personnel renewal effective April 1, 2027, we aim to ensure steady execution of the next medium-term management plan and enhance group value. Mr. Yasushi Okamoto will assume the position of non-executive Chairman of the Board while retaining his current status, and Mr. Toru Kuwano will move to the role of non-executive director.

Biography and Structure of the New Representative Director

Mr. Kiyotaka Nakamura is scheduled to be appointed as the new Representative Director and President Executive Officer. Since joining the company in 1995, he has held positions including Executive Officer, Senior Managing Executive Officer, and Representative Director and Executive Officer. As of 2026, he serves as Senior Managing Executive Officer in charge of the Digital Innovation Business Unit, and he is expected to assume the role of Representative Director and President Executive Officer on April 1, 2027.
