Nichirei Corporation has resolved to acquire shares of PT Mega Indo Logistik and PT Mega Internasional Sejahtera, both operating temperature-controlled logistics businesses in Indonesia, through its consolidated subsidiary Nichirei Logistics Group Headquarters Co., Ltd., and plans to consolidate both companies as subsidiaries. The shareholding ratio will be 51% for each company, with share transfer scheduled for June 2026.
