Notice Regarding Changes to Executive Officers

Overview of Officer Changes

Following approval by the Board of Directors, the Company has tentatively decided on changes to its executive officers. Motoharu Nakata will be promoted to Senior Executive Officer while retaining his current position, and will concurrently serve as Acting General Manager of the Corporate Administration Division and General Manager of the General Affairs Office. Eiichi Uchida will be appointed Executive Managing Officer and will assume duties including Acting General Manager of the West Japan Region of the Rice Business Division. Takao Suzuki will be promoted to Senior Executive Officer and will concurrently serve as Assistant to the West Japan Region General Manager of the same division and as Manager of the Kyushu Branch. The changes are scheduled to take effect on 2026-12-01 and 2027-01-01, respectively.

Expected Impact and Schedule

The changes in the executive structure are expected to strengthen the acting management structure of the Corporate Administration Division and reinforce regional management within the Rice Business Division. The appointments will be finalized through the Board of Directors and prescribed procedures and announced accordingly; handovers and organizational preparations are expected to proceed until the implementation dates.
