Notice Regarding Changes in Representative Director (Upcoming Resignation)

This is a notice regarding changes in the company’s representative director. After appointing a new representative director as of December 2025, we will pursue growth strategies and a portfolio review centered on the employment support for people with disabilities, under the new management structure, aiming for sustainable growth and enhanced corporate value. It is expected that Sohei Urakami will assume the position of Chairman of the Board under the new structure, but the effective date of the change has not yet been determined. The mid-term management plan is planned to be disclosed in conjunction with the financial results for the 2026 November term, which will be announced on January 14, 2027.

Even after the resignation, we will meet the required number of directors as per laws and the articles of association, and Mr. Giichi Shirakawa will remain as President and CEO. As soon as the transition to the new structure is complete, we will promptly disclose the necessary information. We will continue to streamline the business portfolio and advance priority areas, and the publication of a concrete medium-term plan is anticipated.
