SBS Holdings, Inc. appointed 11 new executive officers following the expiration of the current executive officers' terms at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on March 30, 2026. The positions and responsibilities of each executive officer were also determined. Masahiko Kamata was appointed as Representative Executive Officer, responsible for overall group management. The duties will take effect on April 1, 2026.
