The acquisition method was market purchases conducted on the auction market based on a discretionary transaction agreement.

As of April 30, 2026, the cumulative number of shares acquired is 4,398,100 shares, with a total acquisition cost of 2,499,947,590 yen. The progress rate against the planned acquisition limit stands at 36.65% and 41.67% respectively. The company plans to continue acquisitions using the same method and proceed toward the acquisition limit.
