Performance Overview

For the fiscal year ending March 2026, total completed construction revenue was 256,228 million yen, reflecting a 2.5% decrease YoY. Meanwhile, order backlog increased by 25.5% YoY to 353,102 million yen, and the end-of-term construction backlog grew by 37.5% YoY to 355,273 million yen. Operating profit reached 34,479 million yen, a 49.7% increase compared to the previous year, and return on equity (ROE) was 22.5%. Improved project profitability was the main factor for profit growth, with the gross profit margin on construction rising from 15.7% to 21.9%. Although administrative expenses increased, efficiency was further improved through investments in digital transformation (DX).

Financial Position and Outlook

Total assets increased to 232 billion yen, and the equity ratio improved to 56.2%. Net income per share rose to 207.33 yen, and the price-to-book ratio (PBR) was 2.60 times. Orders for overseas projects increased significantly, contributed by large projects in Singapore and the integration of subsidiaries. The proportion of renovation and direct construction projects also increased, enhancing the quality of the order composition. High levels of orders and profit margins are expected to continue into the next fiscal year and beyond.
