Sanki Engineering Co., Ltd. has upwardly revised its full-year consolidated and non-consolidated earnings forecasts for the fiscal year ending March 2026. Consolidated net sales are projected at 254.6 billion yen (compared to previous forecast +1.8%), operating income at 27.9 billion yen (+1.5%), ordinary income at 29.2 billion yen (+4.3%), and net income attributable to owners of parent at 23.6 billion yen (+7.8%). Non-consolidated results are also expected to increase with net sales of 222.8 billion yen (+1.3%), operating income of 23.9 billion yen (+3.9%), ordinary income of 27.3 billion yen (+7.1%), and net income of 22.9 billion yen (+12.3%).

Background of Revision and Future Outlook

The increase in net sales is attributed to steady progress of construction work, and improved construction profitability has contributed to profit growth. Consolidated order volume reached 294.7 billion yen, exceeding the previous forecast of 270.0 billion yen, securing a substantial backlog of work. Additionally, a 3-for-1 stock split is scheduled for May 1, 2026, and net income per share is also expected to increase accordingly.
