Hokuriku Electric Construction Co., Ltd. is an equity-method affiliate of Hokuriku Electric Power Company Limited, which holds 49.49% of its voting rights. As a member of the Hokuriku Electric Power Group, it undertakes construction mainly for power distribution line and substation works, contributing to stable electricity supply. As of March 31, 2026, the completed construction value for Hokuriku Electric Power Transmission & Distribution Co., Ltd. was 18,228 million yen, accounting for 34.4% of the company's total completed construction value. In terms of personnel relationships, one executive officer of Hokuriku Electric Power concurrently serves as a director of the company.
