Overview of Personnel Changes

Nippon Dry Chemical Co., Ltd. resolved personnel changes within the company effective April 1, 2026, at its Board of Directors meeting held on March 19, 2026. Major changes include position transfers for branch managers and department heads within the Construction Disaster Prevention Business Division. Additionally, director candidates to be proposed at the 74th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for late June 2026 have been decided. The new director candidates include Tomohisa Kasuya, General Manager of the Business Coordination Headquarters and General Manager of the Construction Disaster Prevention Business Division; Toshiki Matsuo, General Manager of the Administration Headquarters; and Taiho Kim, Outside Director.

Changes in the Executive Structure and Future Organization

In the new structure following the shareholders meeting, Masafumi Kamei will continue as President and Representative Director, with some directors and auditors to be replaced. New Outside Directors and Outside Auditors will also be appointed, including Taiho Kim, an Outside Director who brings extensive management experience. Five directors scheduled to retire include Managing Directors, Outside Directors, and Auditors. These changes aim to strengthen the management structure and enhance corporate governance.
