Regarding the Establishment of the Okinawa Branch

Toa Corporation has positioned the Okinawa area as a key growth strategic region and decided to transfer the sales activities of the Okinawa Sales Office, previously under the jurisdiction of the Kyushu Branch, to the newly established Okinawa Branch. This move aims to enhance customer responsiveness, strengthen the sales system, and improve construction and safety management operations, thereby establishing a business operation structure that contributes to local development. The Okinawa Branch will be located at 4-3 Omoromachi, Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture (tentative), with the opening date set for April 1, 2026.

Regarding Changes in Executive Officers

Effective April 1, 2026, Mr. Kiyohisa Machida will be appointed Executive Officer, concurrently serving as Branch Manager and Head of Sales for the Okinawa Branch. Mr. Machida currently holds positions as Director and Deputy Branch Manager of the Kyushu Branch, Manager of the Okinawa Sales Office, and General Manager of the U.S. Military Construction Support Office within the Civil Engineering Sales Headquarters. This personnel change aims to promote the establishment of the Okinawa Branch and strengthen the sales system.
