UEKI Corporation, together with its subsidiaries, provides construction services in Japan. The company operates through three segments: Construction Business, Real Estate Business, and Building Materials Manufacturing and Sales Business. It offers architecture and civil engineering services; contracting, planning, design, construction, maintenance, and management of railway tracks, power generation facilities, and drainage sanitary facilities, as well as plumbing, electrical work, water supply; electrical construction design and contracting; production and maintenance of water treatment equipment; and contracting for machinery and equipment installation and waterworks construction. The company also engages in leasing of temporary construction materials; collection, transportation, and disposal of industrial waste; buying, selling, exchanging, leasing, and brokering land and buildings; home care service and home care support businesses; and golf course management. In addition, it is involved in retail sale of electrical appliances; sale of water treatment agents; software development and sale; information processing and provision services; computer-related consulting; non-life insurance agency; and life insurance solicitation. The company was founded in 1885 and is headquartered in Kashiwazaki, Japan.
