Notice regarding the difference between the consolidated earnings forecast for the second quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2026 and actual results, revisions to the full-year earnings forecast, and revisions to the retained earnings dividends (interim dividend) and year-end dividend forecast

For the second quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2026, actual results exceeded the prior forecast: net sales of 59,702 million yen, operating income of 5,045 million yen, ordinary income of 5,198 million yen, and net income attributable to owners of parent of 3,556 million yen (earnings per share of 168.83 yen). The full-year forecast was revised upward to net sales of 118,000 million yen, operating income of 9,000 million yen, ordinary income of 9,150 million yen, net income attributable to owners of parent of 6,300 million yen, and earnings per share of 298.93 yen. Interim dividend is 55 yen per share, year-end dividend is 65 yen per share, for a total annual dividend of 120 yen per share. Interim dividend date is September 8, 2026; record date is June 30, 2026. Note that figures are presented with stock split (1 share into 2) taken into account.
