Sakura Internet plans to update its executive structure effective after June 23, 2026, by appointing Mr. Hirohisa Tamonoki as a director, and appointing external directors Mr. Hiroo Hatazaki, Mr. Toshi Inoki, and Ms. Yukiho Osaki. Additionally, Mr. Yayoi Yamaguchi, Mr. Toshiyuki Umeki, and Mr. Hiroyuki Hasegawa are scheduled to join as auditors. These personnel appointments are expected to be officially approved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 23, 2026. Mr. Hirohisa Tamonoki, a candidate for director, possesses extensive management experience in cloud and internet services, with the goal of advancing management and expanding business. Attorney Mr. Hiroyo Namikawa has also been selected as a candidate for substitute auditor, to strengthen the audit system from a legal perspective. The outgoing officers are Mr. Kouichi Ise and Mr. Akihiro Ta, who will retire at the end of their term.
