Performance Overview

For the fiscal year ending March 2026, net sales reached 151,851 million yen, a 17.2% increase from the previous year. Operating income was 18,279 million yen, increasing by 28.5%, and net income attributable to owners of the parent was 12,470 million yen, increasing by 30.6%. The number of sales cases rose to 8,380 (up 13.7% YoY), and the number of purchase cases increased to 9,804 (up 17.8% YoY). The adjusted gross profit margin improved by 0.7 points to 24.4%. Operating profit margin increased by 1.1 points to 12.0%, indicating improved management efficiency.

Business Environment and Future Outlook
