The new plan emphasizes strengthening the financial base and prioritizes shareholder returns, with a dividend payout ratio of 40% as a basic policy, along with dynamic implementation of minimum dividends and share buyback. It also plans to advance management of human capital and strengthen governance, with organizational changes to enhance strategic dialogue with capital markets. These efforts aim to increase long-term corporate value and achieve sustainable growth.
