Details and Investigation of the Disruption

At around 7:30 AM on April 13, 2026, a disruption occurred on our website due to unauthorized access to an external web server, resulting in unrelated web pages being displayed; access was suspended. Internal investigation confirmed no intrusion by ransomware or similar malware. Temporary measures were implemented by 10:00 PM on the same day to resolve display issues. Safety verification was completed and full recovery was achieved on April 28.

Business Impact and Recurrence Prevention Measures

There was no leakage of customer or personal information, nor any system failures impacting manufacturing or shipping, thus no effect on business performance. The website is now operating in a new web server environment validated for security by a third-party organization. We will continue strengthening security and work to restore trust.
