Summary of Officer Changes

At the Board of Directors meeting held on March 17, 2026, changes in directors and auditors effective June 26, 2026, were approved. The Chairman and President are scheduled for reappointment, and Masayuki Yoda, Executive Officer and Senior Managing Director, will be newly appointed as director. Director Noboru Yoda will resign effective March 31, 2026, and Director Noriyuki Moriyama is also scheduled to retire on the same date. Regarding auditors, Kenji Kusaka will be reappointed, and Masahiko Yamaguchi and Toshihiro Yanagi will assume office as substitute auditors.

These officer changes will be formally approved at the 86th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 26, 2026, followed by a Board of Directors meeting.
